Here are some visually 'arresting' Lumen Prints created using home grown Sweet Peas. I am always intrigued when using Ilford (Multi-grade IV RC Deluxe Pearl) black and white paper that you can still achieve a variety of colours. This type of image capturing is very easy to do and particularly with these, once they are in the contact frame, I left them outside for up to one hour to expose... so you can do other things.
These images have been scanned in unfixed, as upon fixing it can bleach out the delicate colouring. You will notice delicate movement (shadows) within the prints, this is due to heat warping the delicate flowers, stems and leaves during exposure.
The final images have only been inverted using Photoshop and converted to Adobe RGB...
Top tip... you can use already fogged or out of date photo paper, so never throw any away!
Prints are available to buy or if you would like to know more, please feel free to get in contact.
